Home was nice, pet friendly, updated appliances. If you have pets, be careful the fence in the back has places for small dogs to get out.

Bike Path

An added benefit is that the property was 2 blocks from the Atlanta Beltline bike path. It was a couple mile ride to the GA State stadium (the old Turner Field) and a 6 mile bike, mostly bike path, to the Mercedes Benz stadium.
