Within 30 minutes of checking in and walking around the room my toddler’s socks were completely black. The room looked like the carpet has never been vacuumed and the hardwood not mopped. The showers were also dirty. Despite texting the front desk and speaking with them requesting a room clean every single day. The room continued to stay dirty. They didn’t come to vacuum or mop not even once. Lastly, the loft is extremely unsafe for small children as the bed is pushed against the low wall allowing small children to potentially climb up on the bed and fall over the short wall to their death in the living room. God forbid. The hotel promised to refund one night's stay for the inconvenience, but said I needed to have Hotels.com reach out to the hotel. However, hotels.com was never able to reach the hotel manager. Unless you are completely down and out and need a place to stay I would run far far away from this place.

Was a bit of a wait before someone arrived to check me in. Room was really nice however all plates and glasses were in the dishwasher which had not been run and dirty from previous guest. Had to run the dishwasher right away

Crackheads next to me

This room was very, very clean. The downstairs toilet did not work well but that wasn’t much of an issue because we just stayed the night. Now for the bad… extended stays always have a few residents that are staying for multiple weeks and we had a family of crackheads next to us. At 2am they decided to get in an argument right outside our room and yell at each other for 20 minutes across the parking lot waking up my entire family. At about 4 am they decided to do it again waking up my entire family again. I know this doesn’t happen every time but just know you may be in a room next to a bunch of homeless crackheads staying here that want to fight at 2am
