Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at this property. I completed an instant booking and my payment was processed immediately. Shortly after, the host contacted me stating the property was no longer available and asked me to cancel the reservation.This required me to secure alternative accommodations on short notice while waiting for my refund to be processed. Although the refund was issued, I was informed it could take up to 15 days to return to my original form of payment.This situation was inconvenient and created unnecessary stress during a time-sensitive trip.
