This location is very unsafe wife got injured in hotel room Notified the staff and they could care less. The room had the closet doors taken off but left the bolt and hardware installed in floor. My wife hit the hardware with her bare foot and injured her foot. We stayed one night and canceled the remaining stay , i requested refund and the hotel kept 3/4 of my payment . This hotel are theives that steal your money. Stay away from this place. this place is a disgrace to wynham hotel property.

Definitely did not like it. The whole hotel was dirty. One of my rooms had bed bugs, they gave me another room but it was dirty. I got bed bug bites all over my body. If I could I would give it zero stars!

Property outside needs lots of attention. The room was okay, but could use some work and more furniture, like something to place your luggage on and the top drawer was broken so couldn’t use it. There was mold on the ceiling tiles in the hallway and lots of tiles need replacing. The elevator was very rickety. Overall the place just needs lots of tlc!!!

Its was good for the price. Front desk was nice and professional. Ice machine worked 🙌. I saw the pool was open even though i didnot use it. Breatfast was provided. Elevator very slow. Now my room was good. I did lysol and wiped everything ( just me). Light in bathroom was very dim. Oh there was a bad smell on the floor. Not sure if all floors. Bathroom was decent. No updated equipment by the way. I had a probelm finding a usb plug. Otherwise pretty ok.

They were very kind about my ESA's. Very kind overall and respected our privacy. The rooms weren't anything special. A little misleading on the website. Not the cleanest. And the pool wasnt open yet... Definitely a partial efficiency type of room. Not meant for long stays at all. Pet friendly so that was awesome. But not clean at all Stayed 2 nights, did not sleep bc it was so unclean. I just felt dirty, the sheets were stained. I know its not supposed to be 5star, but it should have and could have been cleaner.
