Staff less than helpful, room had a broken bed, rusted drain in the shower, heater stopped working half way through our stay, tv wouldn’t stay on for more that 10 minutes, burn holes in bedding, complementary breakfast consisted of box of Entenmann’s powdered donuts, a box of Frosted Flakes and white bread. Also, parking lot hadn’t been cleared of snow and Ice and the elevator was sketchy.

Rooms were clean. Fitness room was closed and used as storage space which was disappointing since it was honestly one of the main reasons we booked here. Breakfast was simple toast coffee and muffins but was told otherwise overall stay was ok.
