The ground person was extreamly helpful, so to was the cleaner who gave us batteries for the tv remote. But the batteries were not the problem thr tv remote still would not work so no tv. The room smelled bed extreamly uncomfortable, pillows smelled and there eas a large cockroach on the pillow when I came back from the loo. zThis hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in, and I vertsinly will not return

We stayed one night prior to flying out the following morning. I am not a fan of remote online check in, which relies on receiving codes and instructions via SMS etc. There is too much that can go wrong. Having said this our experience was fairly smooth. There is no lift at the motel and our room was two floors up. I am ok lifting large heavy bags, but this could clearly be a major problem for some people.
