Check in person was great and had alot of great information. I did not catch his name. He checked us in Friday night though 5/2. The room was great and spacious very clean. We were right off the elevator and heard no noise from it during the stay so it's ok to get the room by the elevator everyone. Pool was open and ready ! access to the beach made my daughter and her friends excited. The restaurant was super busy so we ate some where else. We walked to breakfast about 5 min away. We will return!!

This is our second time in their hotel, the first time is was ok, pool way ice cold and the pool area as well, we complaint and nothing was done, staff were pretty good and room were good. This time we have nothing to complaint and the pool was very warm and we really enjoy our stay this time

Room was good, great view. Friendly staff, but they didn’t tell us the pool was closed for repairs. It was the reason we went there. We left Easter dinner early so the kids could swim, they got all ready, we walked down and the pool was closed for maintenance, very disappointed!

Nice views and access to the beach

Loved the beachfront location and LaScala Beach House right in the parking lot. Check-in was fast and all staff we interacted with were very nice. The property is older and it shows. Drywall hole outside of our room. The sofa bed in our suite was very uncomfortable. When we pulled it out, there were a ton of crumbs on the mattress. Minimal parking-had to park way off site, which was not convenient and would affect my decision for booking in the future. Pool was nice, although you had to request towels at the front desk. Would have been nice to have some at the pool. Overall, a decent stay.

Great location right on the beach but that’s about it. Room had a sock leftover from the previous attendees under the bed and room was overall outdated. Good if you just need a bed to sleep in but other then that don’t expect much. Chips in the furniture and walls. Parking lot is really really bad. The restaurant next to the hotel takes up most of the parking lot and it is a nightmare trying to find a spot. The streets around the hotel don’t offer much parking options either.

Bad experience in an interesting hotel

Came for Valentines Weekend w my wife. Boiler problems so water was cold and dirty. No showers possible while we were there. Cochroach in the kitchen area. Was told there were no other rooms to move to. Really a poor experience. I was contacted by Elisa on Sat who apologized and offered a 5 day complimentary stay, which she would email on Sun. I contacted her on Mon when the voucher didn't show and she said she would take care of it 1st thing on Weds when she returned to the office. I have since emailed and texted her, as nothing was sent, but she has not answered. A bad experience, followed by a broken committment from a property manager, leaves a very bad impression of this property and its desire and ability to serve thier guests.
