Overlooking the sparkling waters of the Hauraki Gulf, this renovated villa has been made to feel right at home on Waiheke Island. Oozing character and style and beautifully positioned in a great Kiwi garden. Perched high above the turquoise waters, the prime hillside position looks out to Palm Beach and the gulf islands, also taking in the rolling countryside and native bush towards the city.

The Space:
The majestic villa with it's central wide corridor entrance, leads from the vast living room at the front of the house taking in the commanding views. The dining room and kitchen offer ample space and facilities to congregate and enjoy with family and friends. 4 generous bedrooms provide guests with privacy and sanctuary to retreat to.

A wonderful garden and courtyard ensures you can enjoy your outdoor areas, not to mention the verandas to sit back on and take in the breathtaking views. This property really will afford you the best holiday in a wonderful home and location.

The elevated site allows the villa to enjoy all day sun, blue skies and blue seas. Covered wraparound verandas offer choices of sun or shelter and a spacious outdoor seating/BBQ area. Guests enjoy the outdoor spa bath and shower.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Bedroom 3 Queen bed, Bedroom 4 - Superking bed (can be split into 2 singles upon request), Sleepout (external access/no bathroom) - queen bed.

Please note: Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Rates are based on 8 guests. An additional charge of $50 per person per night applies for guests 9-10. Pets considered on request only and must be approved in writing.

Guest Access:
At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping. Advance bookings recommended. We look forward to hearing from you.

The Neighborhood:
Crescent Villa is in a great location to explore Waiheke Islands know vineyards and restaurants including Mudbrick, Cable Bay, Te Motu, and Miro/Casita Miro, as well as the iconic Saturday farmers market, Countdown supermarket, Waiheke's new EcoZip line and other lovely local cafes.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.
