the AC was not working when I got there which is something that a previous review had mentioned. There was a leak one night when it rained but it wasn't much. Its not the cleanest place I've stayed in but I'm not there 18 hours of the day so it didnt really matter. It location is the primary reason I stayed there and probably would again

The individual I spoke with was very polite and courteous, but that's all this listing has going for it. No AC, not clean, no table as pictured, smokey smell.
