Dated, rude spa staff and sub par.

There was no hot water for showers! I was not told this on check in and found it as a terrible surprise the following morning. At check out I alerted the front desk and the response was, "yeah we know, we have had some people working on it but its not fixed." I asked how long its been this way and she said "I'm not sure but for a while." Absolutely not acceptable for staff not to alert customers of this issue upon arrival. A cold shower is not how most people on trips want to start the day.

Stayed over for work. Did not use amenities or have breakfast. A couple of the other guys did said it was good.

Transient Hotel…Lication is great for my purpose.

The front desk was very good. They gave us good information on local places to eat.

The bare minimum: the building lacks maintenance Everything at the reception is to be changed The person at the reception welcomed us The carpets in the corridors are old as well as the one in the rooms Bathroom needs to be changed Positive thing: tranquility And no smell Unpleasant So if we could have been reimbursed we would have left but at $160/night...
