Worked for us!

We arrived very late and when we went to check in, we realized that my husband had accidentally booked the room a month in advance. It could have been very bad for us! Thankfully they were able to switch our booking and the front desk clerk kindly waived any associated fees. We were very grateful. The hotel itself was nice, nicely decorated. Our room was quiet. The bed was very hard, but it was only one night so it was fine.

The breakfast food was cold (eggs, bacon, sausage, hash brown and sausage gravy.) But, the coffe was very good (and hot). iHop was connected and good (except during the storm when it was closed).

Good Manager, subpar everything else.

Alicia, the Manager was excellent and as accommodating as possible, but when we were given the keys to our rooms, one room had the door opened with TV on and room not made, the other room had a deodorizer machine running and smelled like chlorine. Left a lot to be desired.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, and welcoming! The room itself was just ok. It did the job for what we needed for the night, but it could certainly use some updating for the price. The bathroom could use some more shelves for storage of toiletries, as well as a shelf or 2 in the shower as there was only 1 small shelf for soap.

Smoke detector went off at 7AM. Two calls to staff desk failed to get anyone to attend. When we went to front desk one of the staff said batteries needed replacing then came to room and removed smoke detector. No concern or apology. etc etc

Was very rundown. There was a drop ceiling in the bathroom and everything just seemed old and falling apart. Things were fixed using a “landlord special” type repair. Staff was wonderful.
