Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The reception staff were abrupt. Although we paid at the property they refuse to gives us an invoice.
We arrived on the afternoon train, the windows of the room were opened so we did not noticed the unpleasant smell in the room. We left the luggage and went out on an excursion then for diner and a walk. It was late in the night when we returned and went stright to bed, the smell was so bad that woke me up.
I mention this to the reception person the next morning and he reply that there had been complains about the smell in that room from previous guests but had not been able to fix it yet.
We should never had been given the room if they knew it had an unplesant smell. The exorbitant price for the room is certainly not worth it.
The staff in the dining room were plesant and cordial. I would never go to that hotel agin, nor recommend it to anyone.
