Fully remodeled, this home is stocked with all you need for the perfect stay, designed w/local artisans in mind. The private street is adjacent to open fields for kids to play, and the fenced yard provides privacy if desired. The front courtyard has a cozy and intimate outdoor lounge space equipped w/charcoal grill, fire-pit and plenty of seating. Comfy beds and furniture for lounging throughout the house!!

The Space:
Completely remodeled inside and out as well as professionally decorated and furnished! Casa Verde pays tribute to a modern, southwest vibe, highlighting local art and provisions. The kitchen highlights tons of counter space and is equipped to prepare even the most extravagant meal. Four comfortable bedrooms allow for a restful night sleep with two stylish bathrooms to accommodate your party.

The Space:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with private bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Twin bed, queen air mattress, pack and play.

Guest Access:
Keypad on front door, and the whole place is yours!

The Neighborhood:
This location is walking distance to the campus grounds of Southwestern University and the Most Beautiful Square in Texas, filled with restaurants, bars and shops. You'll find homes 100+ years old, and some that are brand new. There are so many things to do that are within a short drive including all that Austin, Waco and Fredericksburg have to offer. Travelling with kids? Parks, splash pad and open fields are within a few blocks. A pack and play, highchair and booster seat are onsite if needed. The home is equipped with books, toys and games for all ages, including cornhole and a pickleball set. A dedicated workspace with high speed WIFI is included along with two smart TVs.

Getting Around:
Lots of street and driveway parking. You could get around via bicycle, walk, or Uber pretty easily, but that really depends on the nature of your trip, guests, etc... We recommend having at least one vehicle.
