This Short term, VACATION HOME has all the COMFORTS OF HOME. We start with upscale comfortable furnishings and then add accessories, 3 flat screen TV's with streaming TV service and offer WI-FI service thru-out the home.

You will love the Beautiful spacious SUN CITY garden home, fully furnished with upscale furnishings. This Vacation home is very well furnished, filled with amenities as well as Comfortable and very clean. The location is special with an open green belt past the back yard, and acres of open green belt across the street where wild flowers cover the landscape for months each Spring. The Deer and wild Turkeys like to call this area their home.

Vacationers feel very comfortable in this lovely neighborhood when walking, relaxing on the covered porch or biking thru the winding streets. This home is located right in the heart of the activities available in Sun City. Visitors staying one or two months may visit the various clubs (per their guidelines) to better understand the benefits offered. to residents.

Many benefits are available for tenants staying 3 months in Sun City. You receive a residents badge and can enjoy all the facilities of your choosing. You can choose to play any of the three championship golf courses, right in Sun City, or try out the nearby courses in Georgetown, Cedar Park, Round Rock and Austin.
The Legacy Hills Golf is the original championship golf course. Then White Wing Golf Course was added. The newest golf course is Cowan Creek. Enjoy the free putting and practice ranges that are available at all 3 locations.

Not a golfer? Then try bocce ball, pickle ball, billiards, table tennis , shuffleboard, soft ball, biking, walking and hiking trails, washers or fishing.
When indoors, you can join a social game of cards or board games.
Need a book to read? Visit our free library in the center of Sun City or go to the expansive Library in Georgetown, just off the square.

You will find EASY ACCESS to the beautiful new HWY 190, FROM KILLEEN TO GEORGETOWN as well as the scenic RONALD REAGAN BLVD that goes thru Liberty Hill and Cedar Park and then all the way to AUSTIN and of course you are close by to I 35 for quick trips into nearby Austin.

The new toll road 130 will take you from Georgetown to the Austin, Bergstrom Airport with very little traffic.

NEARBY, is The wonderful Historic town of Georgetown with many choices of restaurants that cater to seniors. You will find shopping on the historic square actually enjoyable as you visit with local merchants and find the unusual, at reasonable prices.
Shopping is available all around the beautiful courthouse.
And while you are nearby, stop in for a tour of the multi-century old beautifully restored majestic courthouse, surrounded by Texas Live Oak trees.

Mall shopping, outlet shopping and all the national stores are convenient, both in Georgetown and nearby Round Rock as well as Cedar Park.

The home has a wonderful covered patio that is just right to enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning, or share a glass of wine at sunset. Often you will see the deer and turkeys wander by in the closely greenbelts of grass and shade trees.

The oversized living area has comfortable seating with a leather sectional sofa and two recliners. There is always ample space for your visitors of family and friends.

A separate dining area is comfortable for two, but has ample room and extra chairs to invite family and friends to join you.

The Master Bedroom has a King size comfy bed, a beautiful bedroom set, a quiet sitting area and large flat screen TV.

The large walk-in shower in the Master Bath is a real plus, along with being much safer than a tub. The 2 sink vanity has space for everything. You will be impressed with the size and storage area of the walk in closet.
We provide upscale sheets, comforters, pillows & blankets. Of course there are ample sets of towels for both bathrooms.

A New Dog Park is within walking distance. Softball fields are also nearby to watch local residents compete.

Living area very spacious. Enjoy the Extended TV cable service DVR recording that is right on the TV. Easy to operate and you will never miss your favorite show.

The Dining area is large enough to invite family and friends.
We even have a leaf for the table for a few extra guests.

You will enjoy the full and complete kitchen. Lots of work space and great lighting. Just off the living area so you can still be a part of the get togethers.

Kitchen has complete utensils and appliances for full meals. Or, just pop the food into the microwave and enjoy more fun in the sun.
The adjoining laundry room is spacious and has the washer and dryer, as well as vacuum, iron and cleaning tools.

Self check-in is offered with a security code right at the FRONT DOOR of the vacation home. Just let us know the estimated time of arrival and we will have the home ready for you and provide the CODE combination. Then you have flexibility to arrive at your convenience.

Week to week and daily rates are offered beyond the one month so you can adjust your stay to the length of time that fits your needs. Just ask us for rates. Looking for an extended stay -- we have discounted rates for 6 months and longer, and even better rates BY THE YEAR!!!
