Quick Business Trip

The room's cooling was inadequate at night. The toilet ran constantly, and the bathtub drained slowly. The gym's location on the second floor was difficult to find, and the hallways leading to it were poorly lit. The gym itself needs updating. My wifi connection was unreliable in the room. Additionally, breakfast service was slow and understaffed. However, front desk service was prompt and excellent.

The two front lobby ladies were really nice & helpful. Came in for the state track meet and had pole vaulting poles with us. They were able to accommodate us and store them overnight.

The hotel felt safe and spacious to walk around in and halls were quiet when I arrived close to midnight to check-in. Staff are amazing at this hotel! Starbucks is nice and the bar and cook! Quality is excellent, you get what you pay for!
