Ant infested rooms, biting insects that bit our whole family, my kids were covered in hurtful little bite bumps. They never came to clean the room after 3 night stay even though they promise every other day cleaning, saying they are short staffed in cleaning crew. I asked for someone to bring us at least towels, front desk said she’s the only one working in hotel so we need to come pick up ourselves. I have 2 toddlers and a newborn. I believed the other reviews saying this is clean hotel, but turned out to be the dirtiest stinkiest trash all over hall way from other guests leaving in trash bags, worst customer service worst everything we have ever stayed. Breakfast was dry, basics too. After showing evidence of ants infestation in the room all over carpet, they moved us to another room, and still had ants plus some white jumping insects all over carpet. We asked for a refund and they said we booked through hotels.com so they can’t process refund. Fraud. I’ll be reporting to health issues for hotel regulation agencies. This whole place needs complete fumigations cause they allow pets so I think it has a lot of insects.

I really appreciated, the little things the staff left out for patrons. In the mornings, they had a shelf stable breakfast, that you can grab and go with, if you didn't have time for the hot breakfast. Then in the afternoons, about 30% of the time there would be cookies individually packaged available as you walked back in to the place. Overall, made it feel more like a I was a guest, then the typical road warrior.

The hotel was undergoing a major remodel when I was there so I am unable to fairly review the property. I can say the room was very clean & spacious and the room amenities were more than adequate. The location is not great as it is on a busy thoroughfare with not much around. I would stay here again.

Room was good for the money. Breakfast was very good. Checkin was sub-par. Arrived at 11:10 pm and had to wait almost 15 minutes before someone came to help us check in as the only apparent employee in the hotel was outside.

We stay at this Hampton Inn frequently because of its proximity to nearby family and are members of the chain's reward program. Everything clean and comfortable as usual. Weird experience checking in though - desk clerk wanted to charge us $25 extra to check in one hour early which we'd never heard of. Manager dropped the charge but it was not a good start to our stay.
