I enjoyed my stay. The staff is very nice. One thing I loved about this hotel was the parking. Parking is in the basement. Most hotels in downtown are valet only and have to wait to get you car. ( it’s a perk but sometimes you just don’t want to wait ) but that’s just me. Everyone is different. The room was very clean and the views are great. I would definitely stay again.

It was clean, but several issues: (1) the lighting - the room and especially the bathroom are dark. Poor lighting. (2) our toilet keep running and running. You had to flip the handle hoping that it would stop. Annoying during the night. (3) our television kept reverting to the main menu while we were watching a channel. We weren't using the remote or anything, but it kept reverting to the main menu. Also annooying. The room was large and clean, on the good side.

I had the best customer service experience at this hotel. Vicky, at the front desk, helped me with my check in when I first arrived. She was very kind and helpful. She found me a better deal than the one I had. She was awesome.

It was a great location. Central to the areas we wanted to explore but also quietly tucked away. The only downside was I notified the front desk on our way out for evening activities that our toilet would not flush and needed to be plunged likely. The kind lady at the front desk noted it but when we got back to our room hours later. It still would not flush again. I called down to ask if someone could please drop off a plunger to our room. I advised we let someone know earlier but the situation was still not resolved. She let us know she would try to locate one. She called back to let us know she couldn’t find one and asked if it was useable until the morning. I advised it was not, she let us know that she could relocate us to another room. We agreed to do that. Due to the hour it was for relocation and the hours that had passed where there was no resolution to the problem it was a bit frustrating for us.

Excellent Hotel

The room was huge and well maintained. Best water pressure I’ve ever had at a hotel. Location is close to everything I wanted to do on my trip. The bed was super soft which I don’t love but that’s just a personal preference.
