Again location is a bit hectic due to construction, location for the most part is quiet but this time there were some internal issues that were not addressed in the room and my specific area. There were used under garment’s from previous client I call the front office it was never resolved. (2) the microwave didn’t properly work very limited options note I didn’t report as I would assume that should be part of a monthly or quarterly preventative maintenance. (3) the fridge leaked out it’s water from the condensation ( note : I didn’t report . Again see previous response (4) other construction trades were lying in the hallways talking on phones as if the were in county locked up lying around unsafe practices, ( note : I didn’t repot again they have cameras and security I would imagine that should be sufficient to see that issue, also the construction people were drink in the parking lot by there vehicles saw broken glass in the Am again note: I didn’t report. Last but not least a business person i need stable WiFi and there WiFi was horrible. I called and asked if they could reset the WiFi don’t think they did, when I went to the desk I was told there WiFi is unstable due to their service provider and the weather. Again you can only image what was going through my mind I spent 9 days onsite dealing with all this and work related WiFi issues, so I have decide to give another competitor a try and see how that works out. I understand we get what we pay for but as a traveling work

We were in the hood, this obviously wasn't displayed at the time of the reservation. A friend of mine grew up near the area and told me to make sure I always take all of my belongings out the car. The first floor and lobby of the hotel spelled really really good, but the halls and rooms smelled stale. The tub was full of somebody's nasty ass hair!! Ughhh!! They claimed to have free breakfast, when it was only cereal a few danish, powdered eggs, sausage links and waffles. That's it!! Even though it wasn't the worse place I'd ever been, I will never go back to Orangewood Inn & Suites.

Staff are so friendly esp the lady at the front desk in the evenings and the lady handling the breakfast room. Breakfast hours are too early on weekdays!

Good for the price. A bit outdated. Very large property but not too hard to get around. No one on desk after 11pm. Even though it's stated online, I feel that's the hotels convinience to be ready 24/7. We arrived at 3AM after driving 6 hours. It was a guard on duty that had to check us in and he seemed confused. Not his fault but not a good look for the brand. Overall good for the price.
