First surprise was a big spider on the curtain scared my child then i couldn't sleep well for two night because of bed bugs my body was scratching me hall night. Main building and reception is nice but dont except to stay there.. You will be surprised by staying in another buildings next to it connected buy underground corridors and lifts very difficult to find the the way to room. Looks like prison break.. Nice view clean towels clean room but the only problem bed bugs you feel it

Appartement une chambre avec balcon vue sur la vallĂ©e dans l’immeuble 2. Le site est composĂ© de quatre immeubles qui sont reliĂ©s par des tunnels. L’appartement Ă©tait bien Ă©quipĂ©, propre et il Ă©tait possible d’accĂ©der directement Ă  la promenade afin de se rendre au centre-ville en 10min Ă  pied. En octobre, plusieurs restaurants sont fermĂ©s. Nous avons donc grandement apprĂ©ciĂ© le petit marchĂ© situĂ© dans le bĂątiment principale afin d’acheter quelque chose pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner. Le restaurant de l’hĂŽtel est excellent et propose un menu variĂ©. Le personnel Ă©tait accueillant. Nous avons grandement apprĂ©ciĂ© notre expĂ©rience.

Das ursprĂŒngliche Budget-Zimmer war schrecklich. Wir haben per Aufpreis ein besseres Zimmer bekommen, das dann sehr schön war.

Fint hotel til prisen!

Hotellet var beliggende med 3 minutters gang til bybus/skibus. Der tager ca. 20 minutter at gÄ til de populÊre barer og restauranter i byen. Morgenbuffetens udvalg og kvalitet var bedre end forventet. Der var friskbrygget kaffe klar til den meldte ankomst hver morgen. Vi havde bestilt og betalt for morgenmad hjemmefra via Hotels.com. DesvÊrre ville personalet og hotelchefen ikke accepteret dette og var med hensyn til dette overhovedet ikke servicemindede eller imÞdekommende. Efter 15 minutters diskusion mÄtte vi selv ringe til Hotels.com, som sÄ endte med at refundere belÞbet og tage en snak med hotellet. Uanset om hotellet eller Hotels.com har lavet en fejl, sÄ bÞr hotellet undlade at tale nedladende og bedrevidende uden at have undersÞgt sagen forinden. Der var hverken undskyldning eller andet fra personalet eller hotellets side. Havde vi ikke oplevet ovennÊvnte ville hotellet have scoret flotte karakterer pÄ alle omrÄder, men det trÊkker altsÄ ned, nÄr man ikke oplever en imÞdekommende reception eller service.

Das HauptgebĂ€ude ist optisch und qualitativ sehr schön. Leider waren wir im GebĂ€ude 3, was schon bei der Anreise rein suchtechnisch eine Herausforderung war. Wenn man den Weg einmal kennt, ist es kein Problem mehr. Die Ausschilderung könnte deutlich besser sein. Positiv sind aber die Verbindungen der GebĂ€ude untereinander und die Tiefgarage. Nettes kleines Schwimmbad und die Sauna mit mehreren Möglichkeiten. Diese sind jedoch abends nach dem Skifahren deutlich ĂŒberlastet. Sehr enttĂ€uscht waren wir von dem Ort. Fast alles geschlossen, viele GebĂ€ude in Sanierung. Etwas Leben gab es rund um den Kabinenlift.
