Old property not being taken care of very well. Broke floor Tiles, air conditioning not working, dark rooms that were not inviting. Safe was from the 70’s! Area around hotel was not very nice at all.

One of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in. Heated floors & bath towels in the Bathroom. Touch controls for the shower and bath with the ability to set the exact temperature of the water. Room was very quiet even though there was a band playing in the courtyard below. Buffet breakfasts and dinner at Oscar and concierge service was exceptional.

The Air Conditioning in this place is borderline non-existent. I had it running nonstop in May, and it barely had any impact. Don't come here in warm weather (75F/24C or higher) unless you like to sleep WARM. Our bathroom floor had dirt spots on them. We asked the front desk to clean the floors in our bathroom, and when we got back later someone had been in the room, but the spots were still clearly visible. At first we thought they might have been stains, but we took some water to a paper towel and they started coming up with some modest scrubbing. Not what I'd expect for this price point.
