Great Resort

Great place for juds of all ages. Stayed for my granddaughter's graduation. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The price was surprisingly affordable. I will definitely stay again when in the are.

Not what I expected.....

When checking in I was not informed of the wifi code on the key card. The air conditioning broke on my arrival day and I was never notified by management of any issue. My hotel room reached 80 degrees for two days. My 88 yr old mother was with me and these were dangerous temperatures. At no time was there any attempt from management to alleviate the situation or offer any consession. A buffet breakfast voucher was given only to find that no buffet was available which the management seemed unaware of. A very disappointing experience.

NO SAUNA even when advertised….

I called the reservation office specifically to ask if the sauna you list in your amenities is open; after a couple of minutes that she said she was checking on it the answer was “ Yes we have a sauna and it is open to use”. That was deceptive advertising on your side as the hotel receptionist indicated you Do NOT have a sauna! I would like to understand why you list something you do not have. Very sad because the hotel is nice.
