The SoHo was the perfect location for our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room although fairly small was very clean.

Ok for one night

Fine for one night. Very dated. Unable to close bathroom slats so noise from outside. TV was fixed so couldnt see from the bed. No phone charger ports.Was clean. Uncomfortable pillows and a bed on wheels so moved around. Reception people very friendly though.

Staff were absolutely amazing! Room clean and tidy. A shame that no restaurant as limited options around except for next door at a different hotel. Biggest let down was the area of the hotel which is not the safest after dark with a lot of homeless people scatter around

Ray, the host is amazing. Waited for us into the evening, and then imparted his knowledge about the city etc. We couldn't stay the full length of time and Ray was exceptionally kind and helpful.

Watch out for the 8pm shutdown NO KEY OR ENTRY WHATSOEVER AFTER 8PM.BACK IN NOVEMBER WE ARRIVED AT 9 AFTER COMING THROGH CUSTOMS AT BNE INT AIRPORT TAKING 3 HOURS.WE HAD TO SLEEP ON A BENCH IN THE RAILWAY STATION.THERE WAS NO REFUND.

I stayed here 5 nights as I had a training course in Brisbane and the train station was opposite. Room serviced each day and staff were very lovely at check in. NOISY NOISY NOISY!!! An older building which was quite cute, but that meant old school balcony doors that you could hear everything through, you can hear the neighbours showering, flushing toilets, people partying. Most nights i was running on about 4

The staff treated me like family. Upon arrival they gave me a chat about all of the exciting things to do in Brisbane and even wrote tyem down with instructions on taking the transit to various tourist destinations. There's great restaurants and cafes within a couple blocks and the Queen Street Mall is a short walk. The room was immaculate and housekeeping was delightful. I will definitely stay here again.
