Staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub. We didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t included with our stay. Our fault for not learning about amenities when booking. We could make coffee in our room, but no other complementary coffee was available. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Its 2am and I cant sleep, cant wait to get up and leave, room 473 not what I expected. Paid $180 and I can smell 180 other peoples body odors, and clearly these sheets and carpet have not been touched in several months. Very dissapointed. Hair on the counters ans after reporting it, they said they would send someone to clean the room, when I return the hair is still there, counters and toilet were obviously not wiped sown.
