First, our room was nice, clean and roomy, beds were comfortable and shower good. But now, this place needs some renovations. The check-in counter has chipsand old, carpets seem old. The whole hotel needs some TLC. Didn’t find any security around and there was some kind of rude bike club. At 10pm when we arrived, a bunch of bikes, were just outside the check-in area outside, diving their engines, playing music as loud as can be, just a very uncomfortable situation. Starting at 6am, people started leaving their rooms and when their door shut, it was so loud you’d nearly jump out of bed. Oh, and DoubleTree not having their cookies? What a shame, those could have made it a little sweeter. I do have to say, the poor guy at the check-in counter, Bryan, was very nice.

Everything was great, but breakfast was not included another $21 per person and no discount for children. We had to go find breakfast elsewhere to not spend another $100+ a day to eat breakfast.

It was a quick overnight stay on our way to Joshua Tree, but the staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. Close to the highway and gas stations/coffee shops for a quick departure in the morning.

Rodrigo registered us in and welcomed us. He was super helpful and friendly. Really approachable and showed us where everything was. Great attitude although he was super busy at the time we got to the hotel.
