Our only complaint is when the soccer or baseball or football kids are using our hotel. The rates are ridiculous (which has made us look at other hotels in the area and using them) plus the kids running up and down the hallways late at night had definitely driven us to other hotels. Things need to change before we can come back. We aren’t the only ones complaining about this. We meet fellow hotel guests at Black Angus and all complain

You can see the dirt build up all along the carpited areas aginst the floorboards. We encountered a couple of homeless outside in and near the parking. Our second night the water was not warm or hot but cold meaning showers had to wait. But the worst is the elevator, it broke down with us as guests abd a child in the elevator. 15 minutes in they still had not figured out how to get us out and the other guest trapped in the elevator had to call 911 to get us help. When we were finally able to get out there was no one from the hotel there to check on us just the firemen and EMTs and come to find out there was no manager or supervisors even on site.

Spacious rooms and hotel lobby. Very friendly staff, easy check in. Only downfall was the elevator broke down, fortunately we were only one floor up so it wasn't too hard on my older mother with us.

The only reason why I didn’t give my stay a 5 start this time was that my daughter asked for 4 cookies since there were 4 of us. The lady at the front desk said she wasn’t able to give 4 only 2. What? I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and never been told this before. But beside that nice hotel. Clean.

Huge property. It seemed clean to me. Pool was great. Jacuzzi’s jets were broken and had water flying in the air. I was disappointed that there was no vending machines available with this being such a big property. The had a little snack store next to check-in. However the prices were expensive ($5 for coke, $9 for smart water). They had a security guy walking around property, which was good. Hotel is located directly behind the 99 freeway.
