I miss booked on line. Immediately called and tried to adjust and they refused. I was double charged. The front desk mumbled when I called where I could barely hear the. Also we stay at best westerns for the convenience of free breakfast , Only to find out they charge extra for that

Both the outer bedding and sheets were stained making me feel uncomfortable. We asked for a replacement and were given a clean sheet. The furniture in the room was stained as well. The walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbors full conversation and music. It was almost as if we were in the same room as our neighbors.

Everything was good except when I checked in I checked in for two adults, and I had my grandson with me, and when I said two adults to the worker, he looked over at my grandson. I then proceeded to tell him that he was not staying there. I was dropping him off also, I did not like that. I was told that I couldn’t have any visitors.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. The recently remodeled room was very nice and well done. Parking is plentiful and within sight of my room. I would definitely stay here again.
