Poor customer service. We needed some extra bedding and were told it was late though they were at work in the night shift. Also told there was no roll out bed. Hotels have rollouts. I called them out then I got told it was broken! So my kid slept on the floor for 2 nights

It was perfect!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Our room was inviting, the bed was very comfortable, and we felt right at home. Breakfast had all the essentials to start the day right, and the exercise room was well-equipped with machines and free weights. The swimming pool was also clean and a great bonus. We especially appreciated the hotel’s quiet location in a safe and pleasant area. One standout detail was the 12pm checkout time—more generous than most places and a real convenience. All in all, a great experience. We would gladly stay here again!
