There was a great natural thermal pool but property in a noisy location and had a noisy pipe clanging all night. very dated and tatty. Needed renovation. Wall heater not working some power points not working. Paid Laundry had clutter all around. Didnt see staff unless i phoned them. Would not stay again.

We took our bags in debated if we really could tell if something terrible had happened here or not. In desperate need of standard maintenance. Not sure where the room in the photo was but it was definitely not the one i booked for 240 a night. We left and booked elsewhere

Stayed with family members. Checked in late but no issues at all. Room had what we needed, kitchen, bathroom and good sized room. Good location, walking distance to lake front and hot pool spa which was great. Would stay again.

Accommodation did NOT match the photos in any way, extremely miss leading. Fridge did not work, graffiti on the heater in lounge area, dirty foot prints on wall in bedroom, stains on single bed bedspread, dead insects on whole roof of bathroom. Desperately needs a fresh makeover. Bed linen was clean tho.

There was no smoke detector in my room, the hot water was scalding and I was almost burned and the TV did not work after several requests to fix it. The room needed to be refurbished because it was used as a motel for the homeless.

one part of ceiling was just a big bit of gib nailed up not even painted the shower dribbled and the spa had big bits of tile missing the room had a slight aroma of urine to it have never stayed anywhere so bad and the rubbish bins outside our room smelled so bad

Me & my family loved our stay. I would recommend this motel. Amazing staff, unit was clean and all, but the shower needs to be upgraded. The outdoor pool & hot pool was amazing. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you to the staff that has helped & preparing our units for us.

Sooo... disappointed and never going to go back to the motel again. Yes! I have the reason with proof. I booked this motel seeing the 3 star facility listed in the site with pictures. I was with my family of 6 including my kids.The room number was 20, and the lady receptionist pointed us a stair which was really unsafe to climb. I paid for 2 nights prior going there. Please dont do this.Pool facility- no privacy, water temperature was too hot (1st day was okay,dont know why the next night water was super hot). Room : very fluffly pillow and mattress. Poorly maintained. Kitchen : found cocroaches , oven wasnt thay safe to use. Bathroom : very small shower box with no latches and the shower tap was wall mounted with leak. Dining table sheets were torned. Over all experience : poor

If I could give this minus stars I would. The place is a dump ! The private pool was filthy ! I walked in and walked out! Lost my money but couldn’t stay in the place for another minute. I told the last at the reception that the pool was empty and dirty . She said you can fill it ! Honestly! The room was horrendous! Give this place a wide birth !
