Excellent.

20 min drive from Dublin Airport. Excellent location. Hyper comfortable bed, spacious bright room with two windows in different directions. Plenty of coffee, tea and shower gels etc. Strong WiFi and free! Free underground parking! All good! No complaints.

We booked the Bracken Court Hotel for 6 nights for our family (we have 2 small children) in July 2025. However, after 2 nights stay, we had to request an early check out since there was no air conditioning in the room and there was no ventilation in the room other than the windows, which does not help much (the area was enclosed so no wind was not actually coming into the room). We requested a fan from the hotel, but were informed that there were no more available fans. Since our children were finding it very difficult to sleep in the nights due to the heat, we had to check in to another hotel for the reminder of our stay in Ireland (4 nights) and requested a refund from Bracken Court Hotel for the remainder of the time, but we were denied a refund and no further assistance.

We got a beautiful suite here and it was absolutely fabulous. The bar staff were super friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff there were friendly too. Parking was underground so we initially missed it as it was dark and raining as we approached. A quick phone call to the front desk put us on the right track! We would definitely stay here again.
