The hotel was ok, nice to have free parking! Our room was old and tired. Needs some refurbishing, walls are dirty, and the furniture is scuffed and really dated. The room was also hot and stuffy, even with the window open. The view was not good either, with basically a burned out building. So based on this trip most of the rooms booked through Expedia seem to have zero views!

Lovely old building. Good food, lively bar. It was a Saturday night with an event going on so we had some noise issues. Staff handled it as well as possible. Would stay again. Great access to airport.

Hotel is old and needs to be updated. Staff not friendly. We had water from upstairs in the light fixture above our bed. Walls are paper thin- def would never stay here again.

Location is excellent, rooms are clean and spacious. However the rooms are very tired, worn and dated. Front desk experience is very dependent on who you speak to. First encounter was acceptable at best as she just went through the motions with zero welcoming. Later, a younger gentleman was very helpful and friendly.

It was easily found in the high st, as it was big. Plenty of parking underground. Room was on the front and on a warm night was noisy with windows open. No Hotel Info in the room which is always helpful. Restaurant food was good and good evening entertainment at weekend.

Bracken Court Hotel is a great hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Restaurant serves lovely meals. There is a great ice cream shop nearby on Quay Street, not to be missed.
