Would rate this property, only did a short stay of 1 night. though our expectations where met. Utilised the room service - great, buffet breakfast had variety of food - fresh and awesome. The view in the room was tops. Room clean and tidy. I highly recommend, as we will be back to stay again.

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning wasn't cool enough (I usually find it too cold). The bed wasn't comfortable and the springs were noisy. The person on the grill at breakfast was not friendly, was absent for quite some time and there was a lineup for fried eggs. Overall it was a good stay and the negatives didn't bother us.

Great stay

Great stay in corner room 1601. Facilities great and a short walk to the most amazing beach. The only downside being the buffet breakfast could have been warmer. Other than that, perfect hotel in a perfect location near to a tram station. Would definitely stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Kunal, the duty manager, stood out with his outstanding customer service skills. He was attentive, approachable, and made sure all our needs were met with a smile.The guy check us in was very nice. The staff at both the restaurant and bar were equally impressive. They were not only friendly but also welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that enhanced our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning on our next visit. Highly recommended!

We arrived at 4:30 and couldn’t check in apparently system was down. That was ok you can’t help a computer outage, finally checked in at 5:45. Went for dinner which by the way was very nice but a little expensive at $125 a head. After dinner went to turn in for the night and couldn’t sleep, very noisy. When finally did get to sleep the rooms are not sound proof and the man next door woke us at 4;30am vomiting and the ppl above us very heavy footed, kept hearing a real loud ticking noise, aircon turning on and off was very loud that’s all we could hear, Was not the peaceful experience I had hoped it to be.

Top location. Close to the entertainment centre and casino and a short walk to the beach. Room was clean and very spacious, bathroom included. Great ocean and hinterland views. Buffet breakfast awesome. Pool, spa and surrounding lounging area very good.
