The Walter B Room at The Ball Ground House

Our largest and most luxurious room, The Walter B Room, is inspired by the calm, timeless beauty of our north Georgia rivers and streams. This spacious suite features a comfortable sitting area perfect for relaxing with a book or unwinding after a day of exploring. The generously sized bathroom offers a spa-like feel, an unexpected and indulgent retreat. Inside the oversized walk-in shower guests will find dual shower heads. The Walter B room is ideal for guests seeking extra space and comfort.
1. Due to health regulations, the kitchen is not available for guest to use. You are however able to put labeled items in the fridge located in the kitchen during your stay.
2. We do not serve breakfast. In place of breakfast with us, you will be given Downtown Dollar Vouchers to use at downtown businesses such as Jill`s Bakery (wide variety of breakfast choices) or Barrel House (wide variety of coffee choices). Our Kerrig is always available for guest use for in house coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
3. Remember quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Please be respectful to our other guests and neighbors that are private residences. Each room is equipped with a noise machine for your convenience.
4. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED on our property.
5. If evidence of smoking, pets, glitter/confetti, or vomit in your room is found, we reserve the right to charge an additional $150 cleaning fee.
