The rooms were spotless. The staff were amazing they went above and beyond. It was the most relaxing stay. The little beautiful touches were outstanding. This was our little girls first holiday and the staff were so friendly and helpful with them.

The hotel was lovely with great facilities. We enjoyed our stay but are not sure if we would return to this particular hotel. Found the staff to be very professional but we were left a little underwhelmed by the level of service we received. Worth it if you can get a great deal but we saw some other great options in the area too!

Stayed in an inner courtyard room to start which was a little dissappointing against what was expected. Staff great though and Food at breakfast and Dinner was excellent. Views feom the restaurant of rhe Mountain were amazing. Moved to Presidential Suite for a couple of extra nights. No real wow factor there so not really worth the cash. Could cut back the vegetation atvthe windows which spoiled the view of rhe Mountain. Slightly out of Town for walking but just doable.

Knockranny staff are always personable and the property is simply gorgeous. We stayed for five days and thoroughly enjoyed our time whether in one of its restaurants, the pool, the various luxurious lounges, or relaxing in our room. Large and impressive hotel in Westport located about 20 minutes walk from the centre of town. Very friendly and efficient staff throughout the hotel. Our classic double room was spacious, spotless and well appointed with a great bathroom. We had dinner in the bar and breakfast in the restaurant- both experiences were very good with excellent food and service and great views. Plenty of free parking within the landscaped grounds. Would definitely stay again - unfortunately we only had one night and would have liked to stay longer.
