While I’m grateful that I was able to book last minute at this hotel I was not impress with the lack of cleanliness. As soon as you enter the the hotel you notice the filthy floors, elevators dirty and smelly, rooms wall are stained, door to the room is flinching not safe, if those things are change the hotel would not be as bad.

If you really have to

Good location but definitely needs updating. Doors don’t fully close, beds are outdated, heater works good, walls are thin, enough parking. Only if you really have to.

This hotel was beyond amazing. Came for my moms 60th bday weekend. Had 2 rooms with hot tubs. Huge spacious rooms. Kawal from the front desk was just great. Customer service was through the roof. He was friendly and let us know if we needed anything, he would help. Even took family picture for us. Will definitely be back soon.

The hotel staff was friendly and provided great service, and the cleanliness of the rooms was well-maintained. However, the hotel itself is in serious need of upgrades. Everything from the furniture to the fixtures feels outdated and cheaply renovated—like the "landlord special" of hotels. If you're just looking for a clean place to stay with good service, it does the job, but don't expect anything modern or high-end.

Asked for 2 pillows as my son was sleeping on the pull out couch (which was horrible) and was told no?? Only had 1?? Went to the store and bought our own. Bed is horrible. Pool was refreshing but could use some major cleaning. First night was okay 2nd night we came back from shopping and was locked out of the room. Hands full of dinner and was exhausted from the day and wanted to relax. Had to go back downstairs for them to reload the cards? No extra towels, no room service? Bought our own. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days?

Quiet location with clean rooms.

Generally in line with what I would expect at this price point and from this chain. The room was clean and comfortable, though the mattress was a bit worn out. Breakfast was okay; typical food choices for this type of hotel and well stocked. I appreciated that they offered options for maid service frequency. Overall no complaints.
