The staff was very friendly. The room itself was very dark and dated. It smelled very strongly of chemical cleaners and there was an obnoxiously strong room freshener in the hallway and elevator. We had to put a towel under the door to try to keep the smell from coming in the room

Staff was awesome. Rooms clean. Breakfast was very good. Only issue was we had to switch rooms late at night due to some sort of loud water issues happening inside the wall of hot tub/bedroom area.

The room door didn’t close all the way so you could see out even when it was locked! The room had two adjoining doors and one had a family with 4 children in it they were noisy until 11pm and then woke us up at 545! Eggs were cold sausage wasn’t cooked and the coffee only had half and half. There was a cup on the window sill with ashes in it

The ac/heating unit in our room gave out a bad smell so we had to turn it off. Room was decent but could use an upgrade. It’s convenient distance to Mohegan and overall good value for a place to stay for a couple of days.
