Very friendly staff and well equipped rooms. Great price compared to other options. The full kitchen was a nice accomodation. Some issues with building mechanicals that need to be addressed. Dishwasher was broken, shower water would not stay one temperature, and front door kept getting stuck closed.

The hotel was clean and room appear nice. The television did not work, they finally brought us a new remote. The water in the shower would never get hot, no one ever showed up to fix, the man at front told my sister just open valves and let run for 25 minutes… really. We did, never got hot. The phone only works if you unplug and plugged it back in twice. You be lucky if it works after the second time. Will never stay there again.

The hotel was walkable to a lot of tourist locations such as little Italy, the harbor, Edgar Allan Poe and Babe Ruth museum. Friendly staff. I was able to drop off my luggage so I could explore Baltimore before check in which I was thankful for

I would never book here again. No parking at the hotel. I had to pay an additional $64 for one night of parking smh! Also most buildings are historical so they do not have pools within them. Kids were very bored while staying overnight.

Parking was terrible. Find a parking lot it’s 22.00 a day. Staff were accommodating but they couldn’t help that dishwasher was broken, light bulbs were missing, ice maker was broken. Cleanliness was so so… not a hotel I would stay at again but the staff made it not so bad. They were nice.
