They never had towels ready. Times we tried to use gym, we couldn't. Laundry was out of service The complimentary tea was Very limited. Some of the staff were nice. Not interested in returning if I came back.

You get what you pay for

Wasn't like other IHG hotels I've been to before. The room and the bedding were clean, but things were generally in disrepair, the room smelled of cigarettes (or weed), some of the staff were unhelpful, and the lobby needed a cleaning. If I need to stay near the convention center again, I'll happily pay the 20% more for a better hotel.

Clean, comfy, cozy but noisy

The entrance was a bit odd - felt like entering a maze. But I was greeted upon arrival and assisted immediately. The staff was friendly and helpful. Elevators are small and dark and so was the suite. The layout is a bit odd but I suppose it’s practical for the city. My room faced the street which is a super busy corner with lots of noise and traffic. Consequently, I didn’t get much sleep but I easily could have because the king size bed was amazing!!! The windows were dirty and very drafty but the room was clean and cozy (small). I enjoyed my stay overall.

My stay was fine. It seemed to be an extended stay hotel with a number of people actually living there. The other rooms on my floor were pretty noisy along with the construction outside. It wasn’t a very peaceful stay. The hotel itself was very clean, my room was knives, and the bed was comfortable. I liked having the full refrigerator/freezer and a mini kitchen for a few days.

As others have mentioned, there is no parking on site. There are several public parking garages that are very close, but when the listing said on-site parking, I was expecting to take my hotel elevator to the parking garage. The staff there are wonderful and very helpful. They referred us to the cheapest parking, which was nice, although no in and out privileges. The room was huge, very spacious and perfect for our family of 4. I could have sworn breakfast was included when I booked, but that dropped off. No big deal, Dad & David’s was delicious. Would definitely stay again.
