The hotel was very disappointing. The staff was uncooperative and unhelpful. The bathroom was old and poorly maintained. "Breakfast" was terrible, with very few options, with yellowish hot water etc.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here.
DO NOT STAY HERE! This is not a hotel!!! It’s a crappy hostel. For the amount i paid, I should get value for money, but no!!! I paid wayyyy more than I should.
Bathrooms outdated, terrible smell in and around the hotel, elevator not working, breakfast is a joke!! And they charge a lot for poor service.
I absolutely regret staying here and it’s a waste of money for me.
I would have gotten way better service and access to basic convenience with the same price somewhere else.
Great location very near the Convention Center and various restaurants.

I will start off by saying the management and staff are extremely friendly and helpful, but it’s just quite unfortunate how run down and outdated the hotel is. Upon walking in it was clear the room had not been renovated for 20 years and the furniture was stained and damaged. There were also stains on the walls and the green paint on the wall made everything worse and sickly feeling, if they even put a fresh coat of paint on the walls it would make a major difference. The room itself was probably cleaned the best they can but they can only do so much until it’s renovated.The carpet was probably older than I am, and desperately needs replaced. The location is amazing and if this hotel does renovations it would be great, and again the staff was very friendly I think they would agree that this hotel needs to do some upgrades too. We had to move hotels because it just wasn’t worth the money, we found a room at the Hilton only a $20 more a night with a stadium view and the room was really nice and clean . We will not be back at the Days Inn Inner Harbor location unless they do some serious changes and the staff deserve the changes as well bec they were all great. 👍
My stay at the hotel was not great! We checked in, went to our room and the smell of the room was of cigarettes. The carpet look like it had been burned. The staff did move us to a different room and that room the water from the sink was running brown. There was no pillows and the headboards and both rooms were damaged. My daughter left her earphones in the room. Once we called back to get them they weren’t anywhere to be found
This property, while some evidence of worn carpet, was extremely clean and maintained. I heard there are plans for remodeling, so that will fix the small worn areas in room carpets and bathtub caulking. Overall, this property is extremely clean, and I felt completely safe staying there and walking to nearby inner harbor shops and to the Convention Center. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming!
wish there was more options for breakfast but other than that had a great stay

I found a used condom in the wrapper between my headboard and night stand. The 7th floor rooms had no hot water.
The only redeeming quality is how convenient the location is to all the attractions.
We were moved 3x almost 4th. First room was “nonsmoking” but walked into an ashtray. 2nd room, AC didn’t work and looked as if the room hasn’t been clean or dusted in a long time, 3rd room, the sink water was literally brown. Even after letting it run for almost an hour. Had to brush our teeth in tub. People that work there didn’t know anything. Manager “Harry” on duty Sunday, 4/13/25 but nowhere to be found apparently. They couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

Rooms are dated but the general manager and staff were terrific and very responsive. Convenient to the convention center , they even made goody bags for all the cheerleaders
Room was super dirty. Toilet seat had stain. Towel had small hairs. Dust on furniture. No shower soap. Coffee was horrible. Do not recommend this place at all.
Tv stopped working… no hot water in morning they did have maintenance come too wanna be fix it finally had some hot water spoke too the manager harry said he would contact me, never did reached back out again too him personally a total of 3 times and said he would call before he left never did… so Saturday night tv wasn’t working again, woke up Sunday and AGAIN. No hot water… spoke too front desk and asked too speak too manager harry again still have not heard from him
