Was super upset that the pool closed at 3:45 for maintenance & wasn’t able to use it. Specifically choose that hotel for the pool so my daughter could swim bf we had to leave in the morning.
Asia at the receptionist desk was awesome! All staff were nice and respectful. The view was great, the room and hotel were clean. It’s conveniently near restaurants, shopping and the harbor.
While the location of the hotel is great-walkable to the waterfront, Fell’s Point, shopping and dining options-the staff are the true all-stars. The team at the front desk is exceptional-genuinely friendly, attentive, professional and clearly focused on ensuring their guests have an enjoyable stay. The gentleman at the door was also a gem-we were greeted with a big smile and a helping hand when we arrived, and he had a great rapport with his teammates and other guests. Definitely recommend if you are staying in the Inner Harbor area-great spot and excellent staff!
