The staff was rude when we got there with a third party confirmation, put us in a weird downstairs room. Told us we had to carry our stuff up and down the stairs even though there's an entrance that's ground level to those rooms. One of the people traveling with me is disabled. Had to escalate it to the manager. Will be making a formal complaint to to hgi

Over all I am happy . The only little down side I have seen a garbage can out side before entering the hotel and inside the hall was full and I have seen all over the place need improvement to clean up regularly other than that I enjoyed this place . Definitely I will come again this place.

We love how comfortable the beds were but we were sad pool was closed the whole time. We also thought the rooms were warm and struggled to get the ac unit on. We would stay again if pool was open so we could swim. Plus we were disappointed not having complimentary breakfast.
