they had a large group that checked in for the last 2 nights we were there. So loud and you could smell smoke and weed in front of the hotel. Staff was nice but I will never stay there again it was not safe form my teen daughter and I and we had a group of 10 of us that were there for a lacrosse tournament.

Rooms were clean staff was friendly . Hallways had no AC ice makers were broken on all floors( not ideal for travel sports trips) i had to go to their bar kitchen. There was a soul nation convention were they had a pj party and their was a loby full of pjs and actual lingerie which wasnt ideal traveling with kids. They woke us up at 2:30 am and 4 am drunk in the hallways yellling both nights Manager comped us breakfast and gave us exteneded checkout explained several ti.es it pays the bills and they come there often basically we were told it is what it is. Nothing qas done about not allowing us to sleep but he did try to give complamemtry things i stead of fixing noise issue . Again staff was nice but i wont do Holiday Inn again

This is a remodeled holiday inn. The rooms are nice as they have no carpeting instead they have the hardwood flooring. My gripe with the property was the rudeness of the breakfast buffet staff- specifically the staff of one. Also she bathes herself in strong perfumes and leaves all the utensils she touched in the buffet and the food tasting like her perfume. She was also dismissive towards the guests. The trash cans around the property and by the entrance were overflowing and no one was emptying them. Housekeeping could learn how to make a bed. The beds looked as if they were made by a 8 year old child!
