I arrived to my room with a frozen over freezer which took 2 hours for me to defrost so i could use it for the week the room was run down the bathroom was old spa bath not operational the rooms not noise insulate as i heard everything from the apartment above me from high heels on the wooden floor all night to their bedroom activities front desk wasnt 24 hours so i had to help people who did speak English well with room problems or contacting help what i saw advertised in the picture of the room didnt even come close to the pictures .i had a very temperamental microwave and washing machine

The shower head had a hole in it so that water sprayed 90 degrees across to the wall. The freezer was so iced over it could not be shut. No staff available upon checkin or check out

Room just basic cleaned .. dust all over dining table … 3 people 2 towels had booked for 3 Check in late 9pm was a disaster we had no email or call to give us instructions to date prior and it took 40mins over the phone with an agency who had zero care factor Good location is the only positive

Great location with easy walking to shopping, food & entertainment. Apartment great layout. Only saw someone at reception once. Apartment could have been cleaned a lot better, rubbish in between couch cushions. TV could do with an upgrade. Bathroom needing an upgrade with toilet constantly running, leaking around shower head, ?soap holder knocked off wall so there was a hole. Could do with a repaint to freshen up. Overall with a bit of TLC would stay again.

The room was filthy, holes in walls and doors, shower head was split so didn’t work properly, soap dispenser fell off the wall. I was going to be late checking in, tried ringing 3 time that day to advise them but no one answered and then went I got to the hotel I had to hold on th phone for 15 mins to speak to someone so I could check in.

A short trip to Melbourne

My stay was amazing I would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to stay in the CDB. Close to everything and good transport. Staff were courteous and helpful, the apartment was clean and well set up. I could not have asked for anything better.

There was vomit in the elevator. So gad to use stairs to the 4th floor a couple of times. Eventually a resident came and cleaned it since no staff to clean it up. Rooms were not cleaned. Dust everywhere. Bed was comfy and location was excellent. But the cleanliness was its downfall. Never again!

Really central, and clean

Lovely two bedroom apartment, very clean and spacious. Central to everything in the city with a tram stop right outside. The only fault? Not sure why an apartment, with sleeping for four adults, would only have one small 2 seater couch, perhaps the other one was being replaced? There was certainly room for another.

Paid for a 2 bedroom apartment with king and queen size beds. There was no king bed and I was informed that was due to the advertising on the booking website. I initially needed both beds but one of my companions did not accompany us so it was just myself and my partner (no cancellation available). I was offered a one bedroom with a king, but my partner had already laid out preparations for the evening so it was declined. I didn’t have my measuring tape but beds felt like doubles only. This resulted in my partner and I sleeping in separate beds as I’m 6ft 3 and need a bigger bed. Staff are entitled to breaks, but having reception on a meal break at 2pm (check in time) seems a little wrong. And in the morning, there were at least 6 people wanting to enter the building with reception not staffed and the door locked. All in all, decent space but will look elsewhere.
