Good stay

Front desk was friendly and rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and the only thing I would say is the bedding could be updated…..one pillowcase was actually sewed where there was a whole.

We loved the hotel, but the only reason we stayed was just to go swimming. It was my gift to my son on his 11th birthday. to stay the night to swim after his soccer game..BUT I know things happen. Someone got sick and the pool and they had to close it for that day and the next day.. I asked if we could be compensated by getting a one day pass to come to the pool. Front desk said it was not allowed. So for that I was disappointed and my kids were very sad as this was in january.

A three night stay needed a bit more space and these suites were wonderful! Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, wifi worked well and the staff at the front desk was excellent. We had to have maintenance up for a TV issue and he was very nice and helpful in spite of a language barrier. Breakfast was ample with good variety and well tended by hotel staff. I am a Hilton Honors member, but booked via Expedia out of convenience, yet they were able to include points on my account. I believe there was a parking charge that I did not know about but it wasn't outrageous. We didn't use pool, fitness or other amenities and the weather was not conducive to using the patio area, but it looked very inviting. It was a great stay and I would definitely go back.

Judy, the front desk receptionist, was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, courteous, and efficient. Honestly, she should be commended for her work ethic. This is a very nice property. The staff makes the difference. They’re very friendly and accommodating. Our room was a tad bit musky (couldn’t get the smell out every time we entered the room), however the rooms are very spacious - which was perfect for a long stay with family of 4. You can do everything onsite (exercise, dine, and do laundry)! The hotel location is very convenient - right off the freeway and close to the mall. I would stay here again because of so many amenities it has. Maybe next time, I’ll have better luck with my room not smelling the way it did.
