Disappointing stay, poor breakfast, didn’t even have peanut butter. No microwave, not even in breakfast area. I have stayed at a few Hyatt hotels, this one was the worst.
This establishment is in a great location. Walking distance to all Inner Baltimore Harbor has to offer without being directly in the center giving those who like it a little more settled down the option. Eateries all around including a Whole Foods. Secure hotel, comfortable bedding, daily breakfast and bar/restaurant on site. Metered street parking and parking garage.
The room was very clean, nice area with easy access to nice restaurants, property was well kept. I would only complain that the mattress was most uncomfortable. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.
My family and I have had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The accommodations were reasonable. The room was clean, and we had no issues with check-in. I would, however, recommend adding local art to the hallway walls, representing the local culture. In my opinion, the walls were bare.

Price was competitive compared to several other franchise hotel's but my experience was ruined by tardiness to fix the prior blockage of the sink in bathroom and the difficulty of the room door to be closed. The sink issue was notified to the front desk immediately after checking but it was not fixed until two day's after and only when complainted twice. In two separate days, we noticed the room door was not properly locked after hotel personnel completed cleaning due to the door does not close properly by itself as it should.
