The airport shuttle was easy to find. The manager and the Starr were very helpful. City tour arranged free by the hotel is a very nice gesture.

All of the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and hospitality. As a first-time visitor to Brunei, I felt genuinely welcomed, and this stay has made me look forward to returning to explore even more next time. The team was consistently friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable, with a thoughtful eco-friendly water-saving program in place. The hotel’s convenient location also makes it a great choice for both leisure and solo travellers, especially if you’re not renting a car.

The suite I stayed in was an incredible size and spotlessly clean. The location was brilliant for the shops and restaurants nearby and staff were all friendly.
