We had a most comfortable stay in this hotel. Room is clean and spacious, location is great, around 5min walk to Central World mall. The staff here are also professional and patient. We will definitely stay here again!

We booked the place for the location but we are pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service. Excellent rooms. An amazing food. The best part about the rooms is like they got attached washing machines so it's like you don't need to struggle with the clothes, but it had great views. Comfortable beds to super impressed

I felt that this property was safe spacious. Malls nearby, BTS station near by. There are alot of buses here, but note that it is really hard to catch a bus in Bangkok during night time. Most of the time when you put your hands out for them (bus) to stop, they will not stop. Train would be tour best friend even though its like a 10mons walk. You got alot of malls nearby. Around 4 of them, walking distance 13 mins max.

While a decent hotel by way of its services and staff, our room smelled distinctively like mold and mildew. It was so strong I had to wear a face mask at times. The pool was decent and a nice size and never got too crowded. Aside from the strong mold smell, the rooms were decently sized and having an in room washing machine helped. I wouldn't recommend this place though because of the pervasive smell of mold and mildew that just ruined it for me

Excellent service from concierge, front desk and housekeeping. Property seems a little dated but very clean and well looked after. Floor 35, great views. Breakfast had a lot of selection, I really liked the way they did their egg station, the rest of the food was lukewarm and wasn’t replenished quick enough. Proximity of hotel to CentralWorld was perfect.

According to Expedia’s descriptions,there was a 5km free shuttle, but there was only a shuttle to the beach. I should have stayed at a hotel on the main street.Hotel is on the busy street and hard to cross and there is nothing around hotel unless you walk dark street.
