From check-in to check-out, we had a wonderful experience. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Anytime we had questions they were always available to answer and guided us in the right direction. The room was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chinatown in Bangkok

We booked a queen bed but were told upon arrival that none were available. We were offered two twin beds pushed together instead, but there was a large gap in the middle and the beds were on wheels, so they kept moving apart. This made for a very uncomfortable night, especially if you’re trying to sleep with a partner.

The area where the hotel resides is the best if you want to be able to explore Bangkok. Leaving the hotel, Chinatown has a lot of food vendors to offer if you're looking for food
