Room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and warm and patient in responding to our queries. The cleaning staff were also efficient and knew what we needed and top up what we needed, eg, hair towels. What’s more, there’s halal food just one floor below hotel. So the hotel is strategically well positioned to all the shopping places, Platinum mall, Pratunam market, Big C, Central World, December’s, etc We would return to the hotel again

Hotel is undergoing renovations now so didn’t really enjoyed the stay. Else will have given 5 stars. Gym is closed till Dec 25 and spa was closed for a day. My room unfortunately had blue paint dripping from the ceiling at the window. Luckily, the hotel staff Gus reacted quickly to save the situation which would otherwise marred my family’s experience. He arranged for a room change and apologised profusely. The hotel is still very good with superb customer service. Will return to stay and highly recommend still.

The hotel was under construction . Despite requesting in two occasions to stop the construction noise at 5 pm max they continued from 9 am to 9 pm . no rest with time changes . the spa and pool smack in the middle of the construction zone weee not usable . the rooftop bar closed .

Gym, pool, sky bar all closed for entire stay because they were renovating. Noise in the room during the day when trying to take a nap was extremely loud with the banging, sawing, and drilling so was unable to sleep a wink. If we had known this ahead of time we would not have stayed at this hotel.
