Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was filthy and smelled like an old dirty wet towel. Floors were dirty and grimy, sheets were stained and had holes that looked like cigarettes had burned them. Tiles next to the jacuzzi tub were coming off the wall and was disgustingly dirty. Old seats in the room were grimy and old looking. Towels had stains. Coffee pot was dirty as if it had never been cleaned with old dry thick coffee stains and the heated portion where the pot sits looked like old coffee had poured onto it and melted the area and it was never cleaned. The toilet seat had brown splashed up stains underneath it that hadn't been cleaned. Had it not been soo late and the fact that I was exhausted I would have gone to another place or slept in my truck. I certainly didn't expect a five star experience, but I thought id get a room for the night that was at least semi clean. I expected more from Wyndham.
