The staff went out of there way to help me. I used to clean so I know. It needs deep cleaning. I know cleaning staff have to go fast. The out side is beautiful.

Sheets had stains on them, but Yolanda from house keeping was awesome. She came and changed the sheets immediately. She was accommodating and very kind. She turned this experience around. Thank you kindly, Yolanda. You rock!!!

The stay was superb! The room was clean and comfortable. We utilized the take out food service. The valet parked my car and the kept my bags until my room was ready. We did arrive early and got a chance to play the slots. Everything we needed was on the property. It was like a second honeymoon.

A fun time! Housekeeping needs work!

Great little casino in the hills with a Memphis Tennessee vibe! They have definitely put money into their amenities, but it stinks to have a hot summer day and no access to the new pool! It was running, lighted, ready…but I think because they want to staff the pool area to create a resort feel, we had to wait. Only other complaint is that the room floor wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There’s hair, sunflower seed shells, and dust under movable furniture.
