The location of the hotel was very good for our needs as it was close to all the attractions that we wanted to see. It was close to public transit, which was convenient. Overall, the condition of the property was good and excellent value for the money. The breakfast was also exceptional with lots of items, both hot and cold.

Very convenient location, a short walk to Avenida del Parallel with all sorts of dining options, entertainment, shops and public transit. In the other direction the area is a bit sketchy at night (as we were cautioned by our taxi driver from the airport); we walked it during the day to the hop on hop off bus with no problem. The hotel itself was immaculate, and our room, although small, suited us fine. Nice amenities (upscale toiletries, rainfall shower head, free bottled water replenished daily). We enjoyed the rooftop—a small pool, plenty of seating, and a charming little bar. Great buffet breakfast (extra charge). What really elevates this hotel is the staff. From reception to housekeeping to restaurant, everyone was unfailingly welcoming, professional and helpful.

The rooms were clean and very comfy. The shower had good pressure. The rooftop terrace access with the sun-loungers and small pool was an added perk. The staff on the reception were friendly and helpful throughout my trip and were there day and night. Two things that would have made it even better for me: having a USB A port in the room as well as normal plugs and if the air conditioning could be more powerful as at times it felt like it wasn’t doing anything to cool the room down.

The staff and location were excellent. The room was very clean and neat. Our negative experience was that the air conditioning unit did not work in either the original room assigned or the next room that we moved to. Definitely a maintenance issue and not the fault of the staff. We ended up buying a small fan the second night.

Checking in and out was a breeze. Staff was very helpful. Hotel is clean and in a convenient area. Layout of room was odd, especially the shower. You could look out on the ally and put on a show if you weren’t careful. I would stay there again.
