The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was ecxellent. It reminded me of my home back in Sydney. The staff at reception were friendly, courteous and polite. They have a ramp for access that is accessible.for luggage. I arrived a bit before 12.00am and the access was closed which is understandable for security reasons. Hotel was close to the train station and the bus stop is right outside.

Wonderful service. Great staff. Central location super close to Metro. Lovely rooftop pool and bar with great views. Comfy beds. Left AirPods in room when we flew home and the staff mailed them back to the US. Great hotel!!

Property was away from city but close to the metro station. It was very easy to get on and go around Barcelona attractions. Staff was helpful and guided us on how get to each places and use of metro station.
