The staff was tremendous and helpful. The basement room had only a window to a wall and outside streetlight from above was very bright and flashed occasionally. Good location for walking to major attractions!

Good location. Not too far of a walk from the or bus stops. Short walk to Sagrada Familia. So many choices for food. The included breakfast at the hotel was also good. Room was clean. Beds were ok. Hot shower. No complaints!

Chose this hotel because we book last minute and only few left with a decent review and mid range price . We travel a lot so we have a fair amount of experience of mid range to high end hotels . Let’s start with the good part . The property is a short walk to Sagrada . There are small cafes within walking distance . The nearby convenient store is a plus . The staff are friendly and helpful . Now for the cons : the hotel is old and room is dirty and very outdated . It’s very noisy and you can hear the people next door walking and moving . It is very hard to sleep . Plus the cars from outside was very loud . Bed is not very comfortable it moves a lot . The aircon was not working so it was very hot at night . It was a torture coming back to the hotel each time . I would not recommend this hotel if you are a light sleeper .. Would I stay here again , I’ll go somewhere else .

This hotel is an excellent property for its price range. It is clean, breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly & helpful. It’s an easy walk to the gothic quarter, Gràcia & most of Barcelona’s key attractions. The only downside is that there aren’t many good restaurn nearby & the immediate neighborhood is boring. If you’re price sensitive, this is a great option.

Room is hot, no aircondition terrible smoke from cigarettes in the lobby from entrance door, people smoke in front of the front door smell gets inside the lobby, makes us sick.
