I wrote multiple messages and emails to them as it was mine and my parents first time in Barcelona and it was my birthday if they could do something special and we got nothing. As well the water pressure in the showers didn’t work. To be honest it was a good location but we were a bit disappointed with just small things that made a massive difference to our stay.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They never missed an opportunity to greet us. Location was perfect! Walking distance to Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. Also very close to excellent shopping on Passig de Gràcia. Subway station is also not far and then from there, you can go anywhere in the city! Lobby and reception area was very small, but is to be expected in this area. Rooftop space was very nice and fun to watch the city activity from there.

Small rooms, squeaky bed

The rooms are extremely small, with barely enough space to move around. The bed squeaks loudly with every movement, making it hard to sleep comfortably. Would not recommend for light sleepers or anyone expecting a restful stay.
