Compact, well kept, tasteful simple decor. Breakfast buffet very good. Excellent location at end of Ramblas near the waterfront, nice walks in all directions. Very convenient to subway line going up to Barcelona Sants train station, which made connecting to the airport and other train destinations, easy.

Hotel Sixties was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, the staff friendly, the breakfast and coffee delicious, and the location central, but still quiet. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

My boyfriend and I had a great time at Sixties Ramblas. We spent 4 nights May, 2025. There are lots of food locations nearby. It is super walkable to many locations such as La Ramblas, the nearest beach and even La Sagrada familia (50mins). Transit is also not far if you're wanting to go to Montserrat. The hotel staff are lovely. The room is big and features a big window. It is an older hotel but decorated nicely and provides a cleaning service daily. There is a safe in the room and television as well. Overall we felt safe and really enjoyed our stay.

Weird keys. Ended up breaking a key struggling with the doors. They wanted the keys back every time you left property. Don’t be cheap, get modern keycards. Your whole key thing is dumb. Breakfast was great. Bar was great. Location is great. Keys…dumb.

Property said they had a car park but on arrival advised they have a car park for “small and medium” cars which was not advised during booking. This cost us an additional €25. Would have booked elsewhere if we’d have known.

It’s a unique hotel, the lobby is very cute. We had two rooms for our stay and one room had beds that were no softer than the floor. The other room the beds felt like air mattresses. That being said, it was relatively clean (bathrooms could use a deep clean of the grout) and the staff was pleasant. It was a good location for sightseeing.

This was a perfect hotel to stay at. The location was walkable to La Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend.
