VILLA ANDREA is a modern house under construction and ready for spring 2020; it consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room kitchen area and a large porch and a garden with a salt-water swimming pool. The house also has an underground garage for two cars. The proximity to the center of Bardolino, reachable on foot, the lake view and the real estate context in which it is inserted makes it an exclusive property suitable for families with children or couples of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday on Lake Garda. Pets are not allowed and due to the shape of the garden the house is not suitable for disabled people.
