Waited 15 minutes for check in and no welcome as such ,one chap could not speak English Also came back to our room at 15.30 and the room had not been made up .hence no coffee .was asked what would the most convenient time to make up the room and was confirmed at 18.00 When we came back at 22.00 the room still had not made up,i asked to speak to the manager but was told no one on site This is not to run a hotel

Easy to find and convenient location. Staff were reasonably friendly. Room was clean however on one of our nights it wasn’t cleaned properly and amenities were not refilled. Very flat pillows which were uncomfortable. We would stay again.

The customer service is outstanding! The staff behind the counter and the guest services have been so helpful. The location is right in front of a tram stop, public transportation is free for guests. We will definitely stay here again!
